Tomato juice: Tomato contains vitamin C and E and lycopene which protects the body from cancer and heart diseases. Tomato also protects the skin from harmful effects of UV radiation. You can combine tomato with apple and carrot.
Spinach juice: Spinach helps in cleaning of intestines and kidneys. Mix the spinach with a lemon juice for better taste. If you consume spinach juice every day, you can reduce problems with digestion.
Green juice: Vegetables with green color contain vitamin K and iron which is important in a period of pregnancy, its helpful for blood and bones. Depends your taste you can choose green apple, green grapes, spinach, kale, cucumber etc.
Make your own juicing recipes depending your taste or needs. Or open the fridge and mix fruits and vegetables you already have. You can’t mistake.
You should drink fresh fruit and vegetables juices slowly, in order your body may intakes more nutrients.
If you don’t drink the juice immediately, close the juice in a bottle and put it in the fridge, no longer than 24 hours.
