Drink a lot of water – Hydration can reduce hunger and speed up your metabolism for 3 %.  You must compensate water that you loose during the day.

Exercising at last 3 times per week for 45 minutes is excellent for your body health. In this way, you will get rid of toxins and fats in your body.
