Do you have problems with fatigue and a bit of energy during the working day? Surely,  your solution is coffee. Try to beat fatigue with healthy foods rich in vitamins, minerals and proteins, which will give you enough nutrient and energy. Here are some suggestions:

Stay awake with proteins, vitamins and minerals

Lean Meats like chicken and turkey contain amino acid tyrosine, which help in fighting fatigue. They also have lots of iron, B-vitamins and proteins.

Salmon contains two grams of essential fatty acids which regulate insulin and facilitate healthy brain function. They help ease inflammation and stiffness in your joints and muscles.

Eggs can offer many of the same benefits as lean meats including protein, B-vitamins and iron.

Whole Grains like brown rice, oats or whole-wheat bread are good carbs choice.

Leafy Greens like spinach, kale and arugula are rich in vitamins, especially vitamin C and vitamin A which are good for energy. The also contain minerals and depression-fighting folates.

Nuts like almonds, walnuts, pecans and cashews contain proteins, omega-3 fatty acids  and co-enzyme Q10 a nutrient that helps in producing energy in our cells. This combination will give you a lot of energy.

Apple contains fiber, vitamin C and antioxidants which are good combnation for energy power. Apples also contain fructose, which is quickly and efficiently processed by our bodies for energy.

Lemon is rich in vitamin C which is an excellent choice against fatigue.

Aronia berry is most nutritious fruit rich in antioxidants which improves cognition.

Dark Chocolate increases blood flow in the body and boosts metabolism by lowering stress levels. Dark chocolate also helps in increasing alertness and sharpens cognitive skills, shortly after eating it.

Yogurt contains proteins and amino acid which are good for relieving fatigue.

Tea – green tea and black tea contain caffeine. They have also and amino acid L-theanine, which can aids in alertness and memory.

Water – You must intake enough of water, depending your daily needs.
