Follow the rule “80:20”  80% of daily food must be healthy food. Other 20% can be your favorite unhealthy food.

Fish, turkey and chicken are foods rich in proteins, amino acids and poor in fats.

Vegetable salad must be a part of your lunch. Vitamins and minerals improve your health and will keep you fresh during day.

Eat every day citrus fruits (orange, lemon, grapefruit). This fruits are rich in vitamin C that reduce the secretion of cortisol – hormone that helps storing fats.

You can eat healthy snacks  and healthy foods, if you choice mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnut). This foods are excellent choice as a snack that help in cholesterol reduceing.

Chocolate with 70 % cocoa may “kill” your needs for sweets and also can help in weight loss. Cocoa is rich in antioxidants that have a huge role in body health.

Drink a lot of water – Hydration can reduce hunger and speed up your metabolism for 3 %.  You must compensate water that you loose during the day.

Exercising at last 3 times per week for 45 minutes is excellent for your body health. In this way, you will get rid of toxins and fats in your body.
