Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Juices

Chronic diseases are direct consequence of nutrient’s lack. Fresh fruits and vegetables contain a lot of vitamins, minerals and fibers. They help in preventing from different diseases: heart diseases, cancer etc.

If you want to intake a sufficient amount of nutrient, the best way to do this is natural juices with fruits or vegetables made at home. Fresh juice helps in weight regulating (helps in weight loss) and improves the mood – vitamins and mineral accelerates chemical processes in the body.

To prevent excessive intake of sugar you should combine fruits and vegetables. In this way you will get better taste and greater amounts of nutrients.

Apple juice: Apple contains pectin, ingredient which cleans the liver and intestines from toxins and also restores intestinal flora. Helps in blood purification and skin purification. Reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood and keeps the heart and blood vessels from diseases. You can combine with lemon.

Carrot juice: Carrot contains beta carotene, folic acid and vitamins C, E, B (known as vitamins of youth), potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium. Carrots are ideal for skin, heart and nails. They contain vitamin A which improves eyesight, stimulates cell growth, normalizes chemical balance in the body. Carrot contains a lot of sugar. You should not consume carrot in large quantities and you can combine with water or other vegetables or fruits: apple, lemon, beets.

Tomato juice: Tomato contains vitamin C and E and lycopene which protects the body from cancer and heart diseases. Tomato also protects the skin from harmful effects of UV radiation. You can combine tomato with apple and carrot.

Spinach juice: Spinach helps in cleaning of intestines and kidneys. Mix the spinach with a lemon juice for better taste. If you consume spinach juice every day, you can reduce problems with digestion.

Green juice: Vegetables with green color contain vitamin K and iron which is important in a period of pregnancy, its helpful for blood and bones. Depends your taste you can choose green apple, green grapes, spinach, kale, cucumber etc.

Make your own juicing recipes depending your taste or needs. Or open the fridge and mix fruits and vegetables you already have. You can’t mistake.

You should drink fresh fruit and vegetables juices slowly, in order your body may intakes more nutrients.

If you don’t drink the juice immediately, close the juice in a bottle and put it in the fridge, no longer than 24 hours.
