Usually, unhealthy way of lifestyle leads to digestive problems. This problems can be boring and unpleasant. However, you should locate the problems that cause bad digestion. Overlooked symptoms, later can cause difficult health problems.

Do not overeat – Eating in moderate amounts is healthy and reduce bloating, consumption and weight gain.

Eliminate gluten – gluten elimination improves digestion, especially in people with inflammatory bowel disease like Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis. eliminating gluten may also improve digestion in people with digestive problems like gas, bloating and constipation. Food like wheat, rye and barley contains gluten. Choice brown rice, quinoa, corn as alternatives.

Avoid sugar and refined carbohydrates – sugar and refined carbohydrates may cause bloating and encourage the growth of unhealthy gut bacteria.

Intake dietary fibers – Regularly intake of dietary fibers by fruits, improves food digestion.

Eat probiotic foods – Include fermented and cultured foods that contain probiotic bacteria. They provide healthy bacteria and improve digestive function – may help prevent bloating, gas, diarrhea and consumption.

Ginger – Helps in problems with stomach pains, cramps and bloating.  But you must be careful with ginger intake. Too much ginger leads to irritated digestive system.

Reduce caffeine intake – Caffeine, even in small amount may cause problems with bloating, gas and diarrhea.

Tea (Mint, basil, chamomile) – This herbs improve digestion and calm stomach cramps and paint.

Drink a lot of water – Water intake is the most important for your health. Recommended daily intake is 2 – 2.5 liters. If you workout, you should intake more water. In this way, water improves digestion and gives you more energy.

Managing Stress – It is difficult to avoid the stress, but you can find activities that calm. Reading a book, listening a music, walking, exercising.

Exercising  – Exercise at least 3 times a week is enough for healthy body. Exercising speeds up your metabolism. You can also walk every day for 30 minutes.
