  • 200 ml water (lukewarm)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons  honey

Preparation

In a glass of lukewarm water add fresh lemon juice and 2 tablespoons honey. Lukewarm water is important for easy mixing of honey with the other ingredients.

  • Honey is antibacterial and antifungal, prevents cancer and heart disease. Also helps in urinary tract disorders, bronchial asthma, diarrhea etc.
  • Lemon is a great source of vitamin C, balances pH levels, improves digestion, helps in weight loss.

You should drink this every morning (especially in autumn and winter days). Continuous drinking of this healthy drink will give you strong immunity.
